For years we’ve tried thinking of a way to recuse chassis vibration in my vert. I always assumed that stiffening the chassis would make the ride quality harsher. As Saxon said, getting to work on and drive exotic cars, we learned it’s quite the opposite. If the chassis is rigid, it allows the suspension to do its job and actually absorb bumps. So stiffening the chassis substantially improved the ride quality. Especially on harsh roads where bumps would cause a reverberation through the chassis. Now the suspension absorbs it and it’s over. It probably improved harsh road ride quality by 30%.
